TORONTO HOTEL - APRIL 30th 

Since we have an early departure on the morning of Friday, May 1st, and are required to check in at Air Canada Terminal 1 by 7:55am, we wanted to share an accommodation option to help make our travel day a little easier. To avoid any potential delays in getting to the airport, we’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Element Hotel, located directly across from Toronto Pearson Airport, for the night of Thursday, April 30th.

What’s included with your booking:

• 1-night accommodation (April 30th, check-in at 3:00 PM)

• 8 days of parking for one vehicle

• Complimentary continental breakfast (served between 6am-10:30am) 

• Complimentary shuttle service  (every 30 minutes to and from the airport)

Additional vehicle parking (8 days) is available for $120.

Rates (all taxes and fees included):

• 2 Adults – Studio with 2 Queen beds + sofa bed: $415

• 3 Adults – Studio with 2 Queen beds + sofa bed: $451

• 4 Adults – Studio with 2 Queen beds + sofa bed: $487

Children under 18 stay free. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests per room.

What's included:

What's not included: 

Medical and Cancellation insurance – if you do not have personal coverage already, Jenny will provide individual quotes, we highly recommend purchasing (Package insurance)

Transfers/parking at Toronto airport

Overnight accommodation in Toronto the night before departure should you wish, not required

PACKING TIPS

Baggage Allowance:
Each guest is allowed

1 checked bag 50lbs maximum
1 carry-on
1 personal item i.e. purse 

Reminder: Everything over 100ml needs to go in check luggage 

Items such as shower gelclothing irons, shampoo, conditioner are provided at the hotel however, not always suited to your needs, use your discretion when packing. 

Hairdryers and  are also provided at the hotel steamers are not. 

Laundry services can be purchased through the app 

The electrical currency is the same as ours, your plug-ins will work in Dominican just as they do here.

Don’t forget to pack your chargers!

If you do not already have travel insurance, it is strongly recommended that you purchase coverage for the trip. Travel insurance can be purchased directly through our travel agent which includes medical insurance. If you are relying on your credit card coverage, generally, the trip must have been purchased on that credit card for coverage to take place.
