We strongly encourage everyone to download the Lopesan Hotel Group app before the trip. This app will be an important tool during our stay, all reservations , room service orders, room/maintenance requests  and activity scheduling will be done through the app

Dinner Reservations:
All dinner reservations must be made through the app once you have checked in and entered your room number. Restaurants can fill up quickly, so having the app downloaded ahead of time will make things much easier.

Reservation Policy: 

Tables can be reserved for a maximum of 8 people - Reservations of more than 8 People are considered a “group” ; these can be booked through public relations in the lobby.  To reserve you must be checked in at the hotel (have your room number) Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance and up to 1 hour before the reservation time. 

Tables will be held for a grace period of 15 minutes 

It is common for it to  be slightly difficult to get a dinner reservation for our first night of arrival since we don't check in until 3pm. The buffet and The valley is a great option for the first night if you’re unable to get a reservation. 

Please book your reservation for Saturday May 2nd for 7:00pm or later as our Welcome party will be hosted from 5:00-7:00pm, appetizers will be served during this time 

You wIll not need a reservation for Wednesday May 6th, 2026  (wedding day) 

Room Service: Available 24/7 - menu available on the lopesan app

Check-in: 3 pm
Check-out: noon

The hotel has rooms specifically designed for people with reduced mobility and all common areas are wheelchair accessible. The hotel provides complimentary cribs for its guests, although we recommend that you request a crib in advance by emailing costabavaro@lopesan.com, as the service is subject to availability

The babysitting service has an additional cost. If you would like to request a babysitter, you can do so up to 24 hours in advance at the Public Relations desk in the lobby.

The hotel has a medical center where services are provided at an extra cost.
The Boulevard has a pharmacy that sells medicine and cosmetic products.
The tap water in the Dominican Republic is not potable and we provide free bottled mineral water in our minibars, as well as at our restaurants.
